How are your products made?
At AIMERISH, every product is created with love and original hand-drawn art! We work with trusted print-on-demand partners who ship from the closest facility to you — faster and eco-friendlier!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Questions? Reach us at am.aimerish@gmail.com!
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
We're so sorry! Email us within 7 days at am.aimerish@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll sort it out quickly for you!
🚚 Delivery
Where will my order ship from?
Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility closest to your location to ensure quick delivery.
When will I get my order?
We need 3-7 business days to make your item, and shipping times are approximately:
- USA: 3-4 business days
- Europe: 6-8 business days
- Australia: 2-14 business days
- Japan: 4-8 business days
- International: 10-30 business days
Will there be customs fees?
International orders may have customs or import taxes based on your country's regulations. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
My order should have arrived but hasn’t. What should I do?
Before contacting us:
- Check your shipping confirmation for address errors
- Ask your post office
- Check with neighbors
Still nothing? Email us at am.aimerish@gmail.com with your order number. If you entered the wrong address, we can resend for a small fee.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because each product is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your order. Contact us if needed!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available if you receive a wrong or damaged item. Email us with your order number and photos.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We don't offer size/color exchanges. Please check the sizing charts before ordering. If we made a mistake, let us know within 7 days!
